Erin and Alex’s wedding day began under a blanket of grey skies on a private property in Dural. The morning carried that quiet anticipation that comes with rain on a wedding day — but as it so often does, the weather had its own plans.

Just moments after the couple exchanged their vows, the clouds lifted and the sun broke through, casting a soft golden glow across the afternoon and turning the property into something truly magical.

The styling was vibrant yet romantic, led by the beautiful floral work of Pansey Fleur. Soft pinks and purples ran through the arrangements, with Erin carrying a stunning cascading bouquet of pink tulips that felt both modern and timeless.

But one of the most memorable details of the day was a secret Erin had kept from Alex. Hidden beneath her dress was a fine line dagger tattoo on her ankle - a quiet tribute to the groom and his brothers, who share matching “Daggar” tattoos inspired by their family name. It was revealed on the day as a surprise just for him.

Portraits were captured alongside the incredibly talented Alex Olguin, venturing into the surrounding burnt Australian bushland. The stark landscape created a hauntingly beautiful backdrop, dramatic, textured and uniquely Australian with the evening light cutting through the trees.
